Many people like working out with friends or in groups, this helps with motivating eachother to succeed and having a partner there you know has your back.  Plus it always helpfull to see other people in the same boat as your self go after the same goals.  Being apart of a team will always help you succeed.

Lots of businesses or groups of friends want to added benefit of doing a biggest loser contest.  this is a one on one session and on group session usually a week. Includes the nutrional program.  clients are graded on total weight and inches lost, along with effort and winner will get some type of prize.  example would be a month free of training and visa giftcard.

In todays world everyone is on the go! And as much as i dislike the excuse " i dont have time to work out" i do understand that their are certain people who have little to no time to train.  plus you add on top of that the cost of a gym membership, the cost of a personal trainer ( a good one) it makes it that much harder for someone to put in the effort. 

I have a cousin and about 5 years ago she had twin little girls!  Whom are the cutest and biggest blessing whom stole my heart from day one.  But raising twin girls is hard enough add to the stress that her husband is a police officer and when your just starting out this can be hard to handle.  I thought how can someone like this become active again, how can someone who wants the body back, who wants more energy and who wants to feel young and beautiful get those much needed workouts in.
